Gabrielle & Mike's Wedding. The Carriage House of Englewood. New Jersey Wedding Photographer
Gabrielle & Mike gathered with family & friends to celebrate their love at the Carriage House of Englewood this past Saturday. They arrived early to begin decorating the already beautiful venue with a seemingly endless amount of handmade and heartfelt details. The floral centerpieces, signage, artwork, ring box, gifts, favors, cake topper, were all made by the very talented bride. Crocheted flower boutonnieres were created for the groomsmen by the mother of the bride, and the flowing lace wedding dress was made by the mother of the groom.
The weather forecast had called for rain on their outdoor ceremony. However, the clouds parted and allowed for the outdoor garden ceremony the couple had dreamed of. Liam, one of Mike's groomsmen, played music as the bridal party began to walk down the aisle. The bridesmaids carried bright yellow sunflower bouquets and the bride & groom's daughter, Cora, delicately sprinkled flower petals.
The bride clutched on to her father's arm and walked down the aisle with a look of peace & joy. Gabrielle & Mike read their own personal vows (which made everyone cry!) and exchanged rings. After their first kiss as husband & wife their daughter ran up to join them and walked with them as they descended back down the aisle- this time as husband & wife.
Guests gathered inside the venue for cocktails, dinner, & dancing. It was a day filled with love - not just between Gabrielle & Mike, but all in attendance.
